Programme timed with tides | approx. 07:30–17:00
- 07:30 Hotel pickup to the pier
- 09:00 Briefing and canoe fitting at Phang Nga Bay
- 09:30 Paddle into limestone caves and hidden hongs (lagoons)
- 11:30 Explore mangrove channels and cathedral-like sea caves
- 12:30 Thai lunch at a local restaurant or floating village
- 14:00 Second paddling session through tidal caves
- 16:00 Return to pier
- 17:00 Hotel transfer
